TOOL CARRY HARNESS

Milwaukee Tool has expanded its product line into larger pieces of equipment that are used for early site work. One unique piece of equipment is a concrete vibrator which is used to settle concrete into forms and eliminate air pockets.

The carry harness allows the user to comfortably navigate over steel re-bar and concrete forms and is easily adjustable to fit a range of bodies.

The concrete vibrators used for early site work are often shared by several members of the crew. The work is very physical and it is likely that concrete will get on all the tools and equipment used during the pour. All of this was considered to produce a unique design:

  • Easy to use and adjust without tools

  • Comfortable to wear during concrete pours that can last hours

  • Removable from the base tool for tool maintenance and special situations where the backpack is not preferred

  • TPU coated material that can be easily cleaned to prevent concrete build-up

An internal injection molded frame provides structure to support the weight of the tool and dual-density foam provides cushion against the wearer's body. A sternum strap provides stability while navigating forms and there is a clip point on the shoulder straps for the tool remote.
